When will the video I purchased be released?
If you have ordered the "Order Packaging Video" link, we will edit a exquisite packaging video for you! However, it is worth noting that shooting and editing the video takes a considerable amount of time. Please allow up to 10 days, and we will release your video!
How long will it take to ship the order?
After you place an order successfully, we will ship the goods sequentially within 1-3 business days. When there is a large volume of orders, the goods are expected to be shipped within 5 business days. If you have purchased a packaging video, your package will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
After the goods are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to the email address or mobile phone number you provided, so that you can check the shipping progress in real time.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard Delivery: 5-15 business days after shipment (varies by region)
For some international orders, customs clearance is required at the destination country. The carrier will notify you via email or SMS, and you need to cooperate to provide the required documents within 3 business days. Failure to do so may result in the package being detained, returned, or destroyed by customs, and the recipient shall bear the relevant losses.
Can I return the product?
We apologize that the Lucky Spoon is a personalized custom product and does not support returns or refunds. All contents are randomly selected, and specific requests are not accepted. We will inspect all products before shipping the order to ensure quality.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we offer delivery to countries worldwide. However, we do not support delivery to the following regions temporarily: war-torn areas (e.g., some Middle Eastern countries), regions under international logistics control (e.g., Cuba, Iran, etc.), and remote islands (e.g., some islands of Fiji, Maldives).
